Can't Sleep Due To Severe Head And Chest Congestion, Symptom

Can't sleep due to severe head and chest congestion, symptom as follows. Increased sneezing, wheezing, sounds of phlem from lungs, intermittent runny nose, same for severe coughing. I was diagnosed with Asbestos years ago as I worked as a Millwright in steel mill. Would appreciate any and all advise you can spare me.I'm using Asetominophines, 2 pills, twice daily.
