Cardiac Silhouette Is Slightly Enlarged. Mild Central Vascular Congestion. There

Cardiac silhouette is slightly enlarged. Mild central vascular congestion. There is a rounded radiodensity seen overlying the right lateral aspect of the trachea without tracheal deviation. This may represent a vascular anomaly. Could someone help explain this to me in laymen's terms? My mother is 71, 5'-1", 150lbs.
