Caroline Shaw, I Have A Canker Sore On My Lower

Caroline shaw, I have a canker sore on my lower frenulum, and it broke open this morning, it is excruciatingly painful, and I was wondering if there is an over the counter oral anesthetic that can ease the pain, I've tried aloe, salt water, Benadryl, and oral gel made for a toothache, none of it worked!
