Cat Scan Showed Unusually Swollen Lymph Nodes In Lungs Several

Cat scan showed unusually swollen lymph nodes in lungs several weeks of antibiotic still coughing thick sputum w/ thick phlegm slight yellow color dry cough almost like a croop waiting to see PULIMANARY Doctor all blood test come back normal no elevated white blood cell or anything noticed lately lymph nodes in neck seem swollen I'm getting worried for something life threating!!! Pls help
