Cause And Cure For Continuous Pain In Breasts

hi ! i am 18 years old girl. from last about 10-12 days i hav pvery much pain in my breasts and specially the "nips". my period are always late. already its been 1 and a half months nw. should i consult a doctor for continuous pain in my breasts ?? few years back i met a doctor for same reason but nothing serious was the issue then.
