Cause And Cure For Itchy Bruise On Leg

I was getting an intching on inside of my right leg. when scrathced would actualy bruise. now there are little dots. and itches like crazy and seems to have gone in small spot on other leg ? no idea what it is. have not changed laundry soap or body wash
