Cause And Cure For Painful Bump In Pubic Region

Hi, I'm a 27 year Hispanic male, 5'7", 160lbs and I have developed a large (about the size of a quarter) painful bump in my pubic region two days ago. The area is slightly raised and is making it very difficult to move about. I have not developed a fever and have identified no futher spread in the region or symptoms.
