Cecil 11 year old male cat..recently lost a lot of weight (18 lbs to 9 3/4 lbs) We thought he was grieving after his brother passed around Labor Day. Our vet thought that it was his thyroid, but all blood work came back normal. What else could be happening to explain the weight loss?
