Chest Cough, Sharp Pain. Had A Vats Pleurodesis. Pregnant

last year i had a collapsed lung left side, in june 2012 i had a vats pleurodesis. My consultant mentioned that i had a lot of scaring in my left lung, possibly from previous small phneumothorax. I have a chesty cough and the last 2 days have experianced a popping afollowed by sharp pain on my right side. I am 15 weeks pregnant. i'm 22 years old.
