Chest Pain/tightness, Dry Cough, Tickle In Chest For 4-5 Weeks.

Chest pain/tightness, dry cough, tickle in chest for 4-5 weeks. My doctor thinks mold/allergies. Had 100 mg depo-medrol IM 1 week ago. Not too much improvement. No fever. Just started this evening to feel a click or pop in the middle of my chest when I cough right beneath my sternum. All recent labs were normal. Had normal stress test 3 weeks ago. Chest x-ray normal 6 weeks ago. I'm on Bystolic 5mg QHS for HTN and Omeprazole 40mg QD for GERD.
