Child Birth In My Wife's Two Pregnancies, Of Which The

In my wife's two pregnancies, of which the second was twins, she 've always have problems with Placenta removal. I can't remember whether it was Placenta Acreta or Encreta.
But my concerns is to know if there is any medication or treatment/therapy that could resolves or reduce it.
Am in Nigeria, northeastern part.
