Chin Near My Lip Is Very Tender To Touch. Had

Chin near my lip is very tender to touch. Had acne there then it sunk down and now I feel a lump. It's hard to move around though I don't know if it's because it's hard to move because of the pain but I did notice when I press really hard the lump goes away for a bit then comes back.
