Chronic High Blood Pressure 202/105 7 Hrs Ago. Until Recently

Chronic High Blood Pressure 202/105 7 hrs ago. until recently controlled with medication. I was in hospital last week for P.E. and BP was high then and they never got it under control. Am diabetic and have only one kidney. Stomach is bloated. Have an appointment with primary 6 hours from now. Had normal echo cardiogram in hospital while BP was high. Heart rate usually 65-80. BP is not consistent 123/68 36 hours ago. Now is 155/83 heart rate 98 for past few hours which is not normal. Could be anxiety, not been getting much sleep, only a few hours at a time. Got very little sleep in hospital. Am very anxious about it, maybe making it worse? - All they do is treat symptoms without determining cause?
