Complete Basophils Quite Low. Something Going On In Lungs And

Complete basophils quite low. Something going on in lungs and will have ct scan in couple days. Most all of 2014 was sick with nocardia and aspergillosis in lungs at same time. Should I be concerned with the fatigue I've been experiencing last couple of weeks?
