Complete left maxillary sinus opacification with mucoperiosteal thickening suggests chronic left maxillary sinusitis. Paranasal sinus anatomy is anatomic. Can this be caused by osteomyelitis? My scan, the left side bones are seriously deteriorated. I have surgery Monday. Just from my research it appears to be osteomyelitis
