Concerned Nasopharyngeal Cancer Or Some Other Cancer In Head Or

Concerned Nasopharyngeal cancer or some other cancer in head or neck. Have had severe sinus issues for 18mos. Constant sinus infections since September of 2015. Exclusively on the left side. Have pain around the left eye socket to the mastoid process. Pain in neck and throat on left side. Lump in neck at jaw line. Troubles breathing at night. Have had MRIs of head/brain (w & wo cont), soft tissue of neck (w & wo cont), MRA of neck and MRI of cervical spine. Basically, told all unremarkable. Pain and lump are more persistent and progressively worse. Irrigating with buedesonide and mupirocin with no improvement. Also pain in maxillary area too.
