Concerned For My Brother In Law. He Says His Left

Concerned for my brother in law. He says his left foot, leg have been swollen. Had a low grade temp of 95. He takes many medications including thyroid. Has fibromyalgia. Woke recently with his nose dried out and could handly breath. He has sleep apnea too. He is taking sinsus med and has some relief. He has been having what appears to me mini strokes. We begged him to go to doctors. He had an appointment but cancelled it because he was dizzy the morning he woke with sinus condition. I really want him to go to emergency room if he can not get a doctors appointment immediately.
