Consistent Pain In My Right Arm Around The Elbow. No

Consistent pain in my right arm around the elbow. No injury to arm. Blood pressure is ok. Heart and lungs are ok. Just an unexplained and persistent pain in right arm. Pain is intermittent and will go away sometimes but it always comes back. I am obviously at a computer keyboard right now. Might the pain have something to do with that?
