Constant ropy saliva, similar to egg whites. Not acid reflux. No sour taste, no burning, no heartburn. Cannot eat more than a few mouth-fulls, then have to discharge for 20-30 minutes. Have been told it is called water brash, with relief by using bismuth. however supposedly not safe to use bismuth for more than 2 days.
