Constantly Feeling Sick After Eating, My Insides Feel As If

Constantly feeling sick after eating, my insides feel as if they are burning I go to the toilet and I also be sick.. It's been going on over a year now and it's almost every night after I eat on an evening.. So much so I've actually stopped eating dinner. I come over all tired go to bed wake up and I'm fine any ideas on what it could be
