Continued Temp (x6days) For 37 Yo Male: Has Chronic Diarrhea,
Continued temp (x6days) for 37 yo male: has chronic diarrhea, hypertension, coping issues.
Saw MD yesterday and was tachycardic with some tingling in arm doctor sent him to ED: Negative CXR, Negative Chest/Head CT. Negative EKG, all labs ok except for a clotting factor (unsure which one), got 2 L of fluid w/ improvement of HR. ER discharge home last night. Takes lisinopril 10 mg daily current BP: 151/111, HR: 132, Temp: 101. Took ibuprofen at 0700 this am and again now, will re-eval HR/BP in 30 min. Drinking tons of water/G2.
