Contrast Stuck In Colon. I Have A Ileostomy And A

Contrast stuck in colon.

I have a ileostomy and a j tube. I was having pain when flushing j tube. They did a j tube study in IR, saw contrast leaving my small intestine and going into colon - must have been a fistula or some sort of connection. Now over a month later, the contrast is still stuck in my colon - in the same place. The doctors see it on x ray. It needs to come out BC I need more imagining done.
What happens when contrast doesn't leave the body? Does it solidify? What should I do? I'm worried my colon is impacted from old stool, the contrast, and tube feed that was migrating thorough the colon fistula.
I don't know if I have the muscle mass anymore to bear down or strain and pass a large portion of stool. I can barely expel mucous.
