Coronary Angiogram Result Of 2 Vessels Involvement. Lca Lm Good
Coronary angiogram result of 2 vessels involvement. Lca Lm good sized vessel with 20-30% discrete stenosis at its distal segments. It bifurcates into lad and LCx arteries rca Good sized dominant vessel. The proximal segment showed 70 to 80% long stenosis followed by 99% stenosis at the mid segment with very delayed antegrade flow.
What does it means? Is this really a candidate for cabg?
