Could Advair Interfere With Apo-Amoxi?

I am at the moment on Apo Amoxi clav for sinus infection. I was also on advair for mild asthma but had to stop it for now as it really affected my already sore throat. My doctor is aware of this. If I started up with advair again, will it interfere with the antibiotic...I am on 250/50 diskus of advair...thank you
