Could Beta Estradiol Be The Cause For Tumour In Ovary?

My wife has been told she has a tumor on left olverie, She was given estrace cream, estradiol vaginal cream, USP,0.01% for several months before they found this tumor. I found out that some estradiol causes cancer under some conditions. IS there 17 beta-estradiol (E2) in this cream? also are there any Progestins in this cream that might help prevent the oxygenation? she was given a vaginal exam and cleaning 2 months ago and a clean bill of health. CAN a tumor of 5 centimeters by 3 cents be missed that easley OR can it grow that fast?
