Could Braxton Hicks Pains Along With Frequent Urination Be Labour Symptoms?

I am 39 weeks and 3 days pregnant. Been having terrible hip pain, constant heartburn (with no relief from prescribed medicine), I think Braxton Hicks pains (pain in my stomach), pain in my ribs constantly, when I go to the bathroom I urinate very little, and he moves very seldomley now. 6 days ago I wasn t dilated any. I dont know if I am close to Labor, or what. But could these be signs? Or is something else going on? Is there any chance I could be induced if it gets any worse? I dont have a very good doctor, they dont tell me barely anything. And I feel silly trying to switch to someone else, so close to my due date.
