Could Diclofenac Be The Cause For Bleeding Ulcer?

I had a bleeding (large) ulcer 5 weeks ago. Was under the impression no NSAIDS were to be taken. This was cause of ulcer Diclofenac the culprit. gastro Dr ordered Celebrex 2 x daily. Am I stuck with this med or can I take it after final endoscope or am I just stuck with $280.00 worth of good unuseable meds?
