Could Ecosprin Cause Delayed Periods?

we r planning for baby..i have consulted doctor and she precribed VItafol 5 mg and Ecosprin 75 mg..I am using this tabs from past one month..I got last period on 25-nov-10 ...till now i did not get period..and that too pregency test is -ve....My Question is ....is Ecosprin will menstrual cycle..Please clarify?
