Could Hydroxycut Cause The Delay In Periods?

Hi . I have missed period for 1week. My last menses on 25/2/2021. I had intercouse on middle of march as well as 3ed week of march. Done upt test after 14days of ovulation. Test was negative but still missed period. And I am taking hydroxy cut for 1 month but 3times a week.is it possible for the delay of period or should I repeat the urine test again or go for blood hcg test? Your advice please . Thanks.
