Could I Be Ovulating Or Pregnant While Having Milky Discharge After Stopping Birth Control Three Weeks Ago?

Hi my boyfriend I have been trying to conceive for three weeks now. I stopped my birth control around three weeks ago and yesterday I took an ovulation test in the second line came back very faint and today I took one and there is nothing. I have also been taking pregnancy test and they keep coming back negative. I have milky discharge with a slight smell only when I’m going to The bathroom. Am I ovulating am I pregnant or what is going on?
