Could I Be Pregnant? I Am Seven Dpp At This

Could I be pregnant? I am seven dpp at this day and I took a test this morning with what looked like a very faint positive. I am due on the 25th. I am starving all the time, cramping, white chunky discharge, my boobs and nipples are tingling almost all day. I have slight nausea sometimes during the day. My husband and I are ttc so it would be a blessing to have our second child!
