Could I Be Pregnant? I Have Not Had Sex But

Could I be pregnant? I have not had sex but I got fingered five weeks ago. I know the guy didn't masturbate before he did it and his hands appeared to be dry. I'm on the birth control pill and I had bleeding at the normal time of my period three weeks ago. It was more than spotting. I also have taken over ten urine tests, first response. The last one I took was 40 days after the fingering and 21 days after I started my period. Are those tests accurate? I'm worried because I've been having sore breasts, darker nipples, and some headaches. I feel like I'm having all the symptoms but could it just be me worrying? I've been worrying so much.
