Could I Be Pregnant Despite Being On Birth Control If I Missed My Period Last Month Apart From Headaches, Diarrhea, And Cravings?

So I missed my period a month ago and took a pregnancy test which was negative. But it is late this month now and I’m having headaches diarrhea and cravings I’m really scared because I’m a teenager I’m on birth control still. I’m afraid to ask my parents to take me to the doctor. What are your thoughts could I be pregnant or is it maybe something else?
