Could I Be Pregnant Despite Starting A New Pill Cycle And Having Unprotected Sex, Given My Spotting, Vomiting, Fatigue, And Joint Pain?

hi i am concerned that i am possibly pregnant but have no access to any tests at the moment. i am on the pill, however had only been taking it one day since taking my sugar pill and had unprotected sex with my partner three times. i experienced some spotting or light vaginal bleeding today and i dont usually get it. i have also been vomiting and had diarrhea. i have joint pains occasionally and extremely tired but also having trouble sleeping. is there anything you think it could be
