Could I Be Pregnant From Unprotected Sex If Postinor-2 Is Taken The Same Day, Followed By Diarrhea, Brown Discharge, Smelly Urine And Itching?

Hey doctor l started my periods on 7th march , finished on 14th march . had unprotected sex on 27th march and took postner 2 on the same day though l experienced diarrhea the following day . I have a brownish discharge ,urge to urinate and a very bad smell in urine ,and itches , however l haven t had my periods yet . Some advise please
