Could I Be Pregnant If I Had Spotting 4 Days Ago, Slight Nausea, And A Delayed Period After Taking Primolut N Post-marriage?

Hi I got married on 3rd June this year and as my period was due on 4th June I had Primolut N for 10days after stopping Primolut N I got periods on 13th June actually we are planning a baby and 4 days back I got slight sppoting so are there chances of getting Pregnant as every month I get periods 3 to 5 days before my date and now slight nausea sometimes I feel
