Could I Be Pregnant If I Had Unprotected Sex And Took Plan B Within 12 Hours?

Ok so I had unprotected sex on January 1 and I took a plan b within 12 hours and I was supposed to get my period in 4 days and I was a day late now I have creamy discharge and smells a little bit but I am about to finish ovulating so I’m not sure if that has to do with anything but I’ve also been a bit more bloated but i got my period do you think I am pregnant
