Could I Be Pregnant If I Missed My Period, And Is It Safe To Take Gyaecosid Tonight?

hi pls I gave birth October last year and started seeing my period December, I saw the last one 14 of Jenuary this year but have not seen for February, I and my husband had sex but he did not ejaculate inside of me can I be pregnant? because I want to take Gyaecosid this night. Please is it save? Thanks
