Could I Be Pregnant If I Missed My Pill For A Few Days, And Now Have On-and-off Bleeding?

Hi so I forgot to take my pill for a few days . Sometimes I do this and bleed but then the day I start taking it again I only bleed for a day after. Iv been taking my pill every day for the past week and I m bleeding on and off im worried I could be pregnant
