Could I Be Pregnant If My Period Is A Fortnight Late After Taking Unwanted 72 Twice And Currently Spotting?

Dear sir i m 18 yars old gir. I had unprotected sex with my bf and i took unwanted 72 within 72 hour after 3 days again we sex and again i took unwanted 72 within 72 hour. My period date is 6 October but 5 days before before my beriod date one day full bleeding and next 3 days spotting. But now my period not came it is 13 days delay i check pregnancy check on 17 October it is negative but now again i m spotting.. Am i pregnent.. I m worried plese help i won't be pregnent.
