Could I Have PCOD Based On My Delayed Period, Hormone Levels, And Ultrasound, And Will It Affect My Ability To Conceive?

My period was regular since after my puberty( since 13 years). I had positive UPT on may month and after that got my periods on next week. Now in august periods are delayed by 14 days so went for thyroid test and usg. Tsh level is 2.55 and prolactin is 15.8. Usg shows multiple small follicles in periphery with central echogenic stroma in righy ovary. Am i having pcod? Or will it be difficult for me to conceive after?
