Could I Have Injected Methamphetamine Wrongly, While Having Delayed Effects Like Blurry Vision, Vein Pain, Overheating, And Shaking Hours Later?

I think I injected meth into an artery in my forearm. It’s been around 10 hours since I did that shot and it seems I’m just now feeling the full affect 10 hours later. It doesn’t feel like a normal high from banging meth. My vision got blurry and my eyes did that shaking thing where everything looks like it’s moving really fast and sounds were distorted very much like the very first time you shoot up meth, but it definitely wasn’t as pleasant. My arms are sore also and my veins keep randomly burning when I’m not doing anything and they’ll swell a little then go back down again. My eyes get a burning sensation on and off as well as my head. My body didn’t overheat when I first took the shot 10 hours ago but it’s definitely overheating now and I can’t stop coughing and I’m shaky. Has anyone else had this happen after injection? Is there anything I can do to make it stop? Should I be worried? This has never happened before and it definitely isn’t a pleasant experience.
