Could I Have Kidney Damage From A Past COVID Infection, Given My Extreme Fatigue And Frequent Low-output Urination For Weeks?

I think I might be dying of kidney disease. I had covid, had a fever for days, then low temp for days, then normal. I was still tired after. I am urinating 20+ times a day with very low output. I have no temperature. I think my kidneys got damaged and it s also why I am so tired. I was involuntarily kept at a hospital previously where they abused the patients and probably have PTSD regarding hospitals and medical professionals. I do not expect anyone to believe me about anything, I expect abuse if I go to a hospital, and since I probably have kidney damage they will want tests and a biopsy and won t be able to do anything anyway other than recommend expensive dialysis and put me on a renal diet. I have had this urinary problem for multiple weeks now, it s barely improving.
