Could I Have Ovulated And Become Pregnant After Taking Letrozole, Gynova, And Gestronol For PCOS And Experiencing Early Bleeding?

Hi i am a pcos patient.doctor prescribed me letrozole for 10 days starting from 2nd day of menstrual cycle.on day 7 i did TVS and found a dominant follicle of 11×2 mm.after seeing the report doctor prescribed me gynova tablet for 8 days from day 7 and gestrenol tablet from day 16 to until next period comes.my period date was 11th may.bt 4th may i observed light bleeding which turned into moderate bleeding on 6th may.this is the 1st cycle i tried for baby and took these drugs.what should i do now?is there any chance of pregnancy?or did i ovulate??
