Could I Have Popped My Nasal Ridge?

Hi, my name is Lynda.. A couple of weeks ago, I pressed the tip of my nose toward the right and i heard and could feel that something moved or poped.. I Immediately noticed a difference in the right side of my face. The laugh on that side was deepened as was line creating the ball of of my nose. There is also a little pain associated with this from time to time. This makes the right side of my face appear to be a little older than the left side. Can you tell me what I did and how it can be fixed? Thanks.
