Could I Still Be Pregnant After IUD Removal?

IUD removal 9/7. Period 9/8 for 8 days. Sex twice on 9/25 and again on 10/2. Home pregnancy test negative 10/9 and blood test 10/6 negative. Mild back pain last week. Is it possible I am pregnant and haven't produced enough HCG? Menstural cycle always on time or early but never late.
