Could I Still Be Pregnant After Taking And Experiencing Mifepristone And Misoprostol Followed By Vaginal Bleeding?

Hi, I took mifepristone and misoprostol for abortion of about 8weeks and after two weeks I still felt pregnant. Then I took another 800mg sublingually. 3weeks later my strip test is still faint positive. And I’m have bloody discharge and spotting. Went for ultrasound and no fetal pole was saw. But sign of echoes at the endo cervix was seen.No signs of ectopic pregnancy but I have a simple ovarian cyst. A normal thin size uterus. Pls what could be wrong. Am currently taking parlodel for breast milk discharge after the abortion. Am I still pregnant. My strip test is faint positive 3weeks after taking another misoprostol.
