Could I Still Be Pregnant Despite A Negative Test After A Missed Period, Given My Regular Cycle And Recent Sexual Activity?

Hi I had sex three times. Once during my last period, secondly during my approximate ovulation date and thirdly a couple days before my estimated period. My cycle has always been very regular and predictable. I was supposed to start menstruating on 22nd April but it is 3rd May and my period still did not come. I took a pregnancy test after my missed period which was negative. Could I still be pregnant?
