Could I Still Be Pregnant When I Have Had 2 Missed Periods After Taking An IPill?

Hello, last sexual intercourse date is June 25-27. Took ipill but didn’t have withdrawal bleeding. Had my period on exact due date 4july-8th July. Next menstrual cycle was on 6th august till 10th august. But periods got delayed in September and after two negative upt took Primoult n and got bleeding after 4 days for 3 days . Again in October period is delayed for 5 days. Took 2 upts again and it’s negative. Have been feeling little twitching in the stomach. Any chance of pregnancy?
