Could I Still Be Pregnant When I Missed My Period After Taking Duphaston And Folic Acid For Egg Growth?

Hi mam I taking medicine for second child I recommend egg growth tab after scan doctor recommended duphaston and folic acid tab my period get missed and I took pregnancy test but result was negative still now no period I don t know whether I am pregnant or not please help me
